At our TAB Business Roundtable, self-scheduling allows buyers to manage their meetings directly with exhibitors through the “Online Booking” platform for February 14. This process will allow for the planning of meetings, so that each buyer can coordinate meetings according to their specific interests.

Registration and participation in the event is FREE for all exhibitors and/or direct sponsors of EXPOFITNESS 2025, both for the company and the entrepreneur. However, companies that only wish to participate in TAB Business Roundtable on Friday, February 14th, can contact one of our sales executives to receive information on the cost of an exhibition table.

It is not a mandatory requirement, since Expofitness will have personnel available to support you in your international negotiation process. If you need this help, you must notify the TAB logistics team so that they can assign the person who will assist you.
The number of participants will be defined by the Organization for each event. As a general rule, 2 people can participate per company profile confirmed for the event; they must be different people for the buyer and seller profile, in case the company participates with a double profile.
The management of each company’s business agenda (requesting, accepting, rejecting and canceling appointments) can be done autonomously by each of the participants of each company. The minimum number of business appointments required to participate in a business conference is established by the Organizer in each case and the maximum number is established in the program of the event according to the available schedules.
Entrepreneurs will register according to their business profile (buyer, seller, investor); however, it is possible that an entrepreneur may participate alternatively in one or the other or in both, depending on his business interests.
In the case of dual profile, it is necessary to keep in mind that each business profile must be represented by different people, since for the purpose of managing the agendas it is not possible for the same person to be in charge of both profiles of the company and be able to receive an appointment from one company or self-schedule with another.
It is the responsibility of the businessperson to show up punctually to his/her scheduled business appointments and in case of not being able to do so, it is advisable to cancel the participation to the same or if necessary cancel the participation to the event. This procedure can be done through the platform from your registration profile or by informing EXPOFITNESS by email; in order that your participation is not affected in future events.
Control the time of each meeting. Appointments are usually 15 – 20 minutes.
- Every extra minute in a meeting is a minute less in your next appointment.
- Be very punctual and formal in your presentation.
- Be direct and clear when speaking.
- Have at hand the orderly information of each applicant with whom you will meet (name of the representative, type of company, etc.).
The following tips will be very useful to achieve greater success in your participation in business rounds:
- Inform yourself previously via web pages or through other sources (the list of companies that will participate in the business roundtable) and about the client with whom you want to self-manage your appointment.
- Take into account the requirements for negotiations and formalities if you want to make a sale.
- Define the conditions of purchase of your company.
- Adhere to schedules.
- Follow up and evaluate your customers.
